Sports Chiropractor
Taylor is a sports chiropractor with four years of clinical experience, working with runners, HYROX athletes, CrossFitters and active people who want to keep moving and training while managing injury or musculoskeletal concerns.
His approach is built around a movement-is-medicine philosophy, looking beyond symptoms to understand how someone moves, trains, loads and recovers. From there, Taylor develops an individual approach that may combine hands-on chiropractic care, exercise and progressive rehabilitation based on the person’s current capacity, training demands and goals.
Taylor has a particular interest in working with people who want their rehabilitation to complement an active lifestyle. Rather than viewing treatment and training as two separate things, he considers how rehabilitation can progressively integrate with the movements and physical demands someone encounters in the gym, on the track or in their chosen sport.
As an active HYROX competitor and runner himself, Taylor understands the demands of consistent training from both sides of the table. This gives him practical insight into balancing rehabilitation with training and knowing when activity may need to be modified rather than automatically stopped.
Taylor also places a strong emphasis on helping people understand what they’re working on and why. His goal is to make rehabilitation an active process, with a clear plan that evolves as movement, strength and training capacity progress.
