Founder & Sports Chiropractor
Luke is a sports chiropractor and strength and conditioning coach with 10 years of clinical experience, working with everyone from weekend warriors to elite athletes.
He has a particular interest in running rehabilitation and strength-based treatment for active people, but his caseload covers the full range of sport and training injuries, from shoulders and backs to knees and tendons.
Luke likes working with people who want to understand what's actually going on in their body, not just be told what to do. If you train hard around a full life and want to be an active participant in your own health rather than a passenger, you'll likely get a lot out of working with him.
He uses force plate assessment and video movement analysis as part of his clinical toolkit, getting objective data on how you move and load, so treatment decisions are grounded in what's actually happening rather than clinical feel alone.
He trains the way he asks his clients to: in the gym, running and swimming. That's part of why he understands the frustration of being told to stop training, and knows the clinical picture well enough to tell you when that's actually necessary, and when it isn't.
Outside the clinic, he's building The Movement Box alongside his wife, and spending the rest of his time chasing their baby son, Charlie, around.
