LUKE WHITE

Founder & Chiropractor.

With extensive experience in chiropractic care, Luke has worked with diverse populations ranging from everyday clients to elite athletes. His main focus is to alleviate your pain and enhance your overall capacity and mobility by utilizing a combination of manual therapy, exercise, and rehabilitation techniques. To continuously improve his knowledge and skills, Luke completes multiple courses every year, including Bachelor of Health Sciences & Masters of Chiropractic, ASCA Level 1, Mastering Lower Limb Tendinopathy, Prehab 101, Musculoskeletal Dry Needling, Functional MAT, and currently undertaking EXOS online.

Luke's background in high-level sports, such as water polo and swimming during his teenage years, and his strong passion for resistance training have brought movement therapy and exercise to the forefront of his treatment philosophy. He works not only to treat the pain but also to identify the underlying cause of dysfunction, bridging the gap between injury prevention, rehabilitation, and ultimately improving performance.

 

JOSHUA GOODMAN

Sports Chiro and strength & conditioning coach

With extensive experience in strength and conditioning and rehabilitation, Josh is a seasoned sports chiropractor who has worked with numerous sports teams as a lead strength and conditioning coach and chiropractor, including Warringah Rugby Union, NSW Waratahs, Gordon Rugby Women's, Eastwood Rugby Union (Colts), and Woman's National Rugby Championship. Josh has also worked in private practice, treating clients ranging from the general population to national-level athletes.

For Josh, accurate diagnosis and a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to each client's specific injury and goals are essential. He holds a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Technology, Sydney, and a Master of Chiropractic from Macquarie University. Furthermore, he has obtained additional accreditations in ASCA Level 1 & 2 (currently completing), Sports Trainer Level 2, CDI Advanced Spinal Diagnosis, Hip and Groin Rehabilitation, ACL Rehabilitation, Shoulder Diagnosis and Rehabilitation, and Advanced Dry Needling.

Josh's clinic hours are as follows: Monday (7am-4pm), Tuesday (7am-3pm), Wednesday (12pm-4pm), Thursday (7am-7pm), Friday (7am-3pm), and Saturday (by appointment only, via phone).

GARETH MARTIN

Physiotherapist & Strength and Conditioning Coach

Gareth is a Physiotherapist and Strength and Conditioning coach with a Masters level qualification in both fields as well as a level 2 ASCA accreditation. He has a decade of experience working one-on-one with clients and patients across a broad spectrum from youth to older age to elite sporting athletes with the Sydney Roosters. Gareth loves all things movement and utilises a combination of strength and conditioning principles with hands-on manual therapy to optimise outcomes for the best patient-centred results. He has a keen interest in working with osteoarthritis and post-operative patients. For longer-term clients, Gareth specialises in putting together customised long-term training programs for patients looking to improve strength, conditioning or performance.

Gareth's clinic hours are Monday (2-7pm), Tuesday (8:30am-2:30pm), Wednesday (1-7pm), Thursday (7am-1pm), Friday (11:30am-3:30pm) & Saturday (8am-2pm).

 

JAMES POLGLASE

Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist

James Polglase is a Personal Trainer & Remedial Massage Therapist who has helped numerous clients achieve their fitness goals while keeping them pain-free. With a focus on injury prevention/rehabilitation and enhancing strength, mobility, flexibility, and posture, James has combined his diplomas in both fields to create a unique approach to training and treatment that yields excellent results for all clients.
